About Us

United FMO Pte Ltd is a growing logistics and haulage company providing container trucking, LCL cargo transportation, time-critical deliveries, and logistics support services across Singapore.

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Junior Operations Executive / Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are keen to build a long-term career in the logistics and transport industry.

Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in coordinating daily transport and delivery operations
Support job scheduling and driver coordination
Monitor delivery progress and update job statuses
Communicate with drivers, customers, warehouses, and internal teams
Assist in handling delivery documentation and permits
Track vehicle servicing schedules and operational records
Support the operations team in resolving delivery issues and delays
Update reports, spreadsheets, and operational systems
Ensure timely communication and follow-up on operational matters
Assist with after-hours coordination when required

Requirements

Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
Minimum Nitec, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
Good communication and coordination skills
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced logistics environment
Able to multitask and work under pressure
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication
Positive attitude, responsible, and team-oriented
Candidates with logistics or transport internship experience will have an advantage
