Customer Service Officer - Jurong West

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cash collection from service staffs
- Update service collection into CSM & ERP
- Print daily service collection report for Service Manager or Senior Technical Supervisor signatory
- Submit daily cash & collection report to Finance Department
- Update spare part used in daily jobs into CSM
- Update job status into CSM
- Scan daily job sheet and upload to server
- Respond to enquiries via email and phone
- Submit quotation to school for any service request
- Help spare part team to count stock during annual stock take.
Qualifications:
- Possess at least ‘O’ , ‘N’ level & ITE or equivalent relevant work experience.
- At least 1 year working experience in related environment.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications.
- Detail-Oriented, Passionate and Energetic team player.
- Polite, Patient and Strong Customer Service Skills
- Call-centre / Customer service experience will be an added advantage.
- High level of fluency in written and spoken English
