Project Coordinator
- Location : Gambas Crescent (Sembawang) / Client-Site
- Working hours : Monday
- Friday 9am
- 6pm & Saturday (If required)
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4500 + AWS + 10 Days Annual Leave + Transport Allowances
- Duration : Permanent
- Industry : Contractor/Renovation
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in the planning, scheduling, and monitoring of project activities
- Maintain and update project documentation, including progress reports and cost tracking
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as design, procurement, and site operations, to ensure efficient project execution
- Facilitate communication between the project team, clients, and stakeholders
- Support the implementation of health, safety, and environmental procedures on site
- Identify and help resolve any project-related issues or risks in a timely manner
- Other ad-hoc activities assigned
Requirements:
- Relevant diploma or degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in the construction industry
- Knowledge of construction processes, project management methodologies, and industry regulations
