Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management: Manage finance functions, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, treasury, and financial reporting.
• Capital Structure & Strategy: Advise on optimal capital structure, financing options, and fundraising initiatives to support corporate objectives.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and long-term objectives.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, corporate governance, and relevant laws and regulations.
• Financial Analysis & Decision Support: Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to inform strategic business decisions.
• Risk Management: Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master's degree, CPA, ACCA, or CFA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, with significant exposure to corporate finance, capital markets, or investment banking.
• Proven experience in companies that have successfully scaled or undergone significant corporate milestones (fundraising, restructuring, or governance transformation).
• Deep expertise in SFRS/IFRS, SGX regulations, MAS guidelines, and Singapore corporate governance framework.
• Demonstrated success in financial planning, reporting, treasury management, and stakeholder relations in fast-growth or dynamic environments.
