Manager/Senior Manager, Corporate Finance

With a strong deal pipeline, we are looking for motivated and experienced professionals to join our corporate finance teams.

As part of our Corporate Finance team, responsibilities include:

• Pro-actively manage day-to-day execution for advisory and capital-raising mandates.
• Play a significant leading role in project management.
• Together with auditors, lawyers and other professionals, conduct due diligence and assess the feasibility of listing and deal completion.
• Manage communications and expectations among clients, professionals and regulators.
• Supervise and guide junior team members.
• Assist in deal origination and business development activities.
• Perform financial analysis and develop valuation models.
• Prepare client presentation materials and pitchbooks.

• A degree in Accounting/Business/Economics/Finance.
• Team players with strong interpersonal and project management skills.
• Analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven and demonstrated ability to deliver results under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
• Track record of completed transactions with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
