Assistant Manager - Corporate Finance

Salary Budget: Up to $5400

Job Responsibility:

• Conduct two rounds of asset verification (~3,000 assets) before and after OSP handover
• Reconcile discrepancies identified during asset verification
• Coordinate with internal teams to implement RFID tagging for all assets
• Prepare user guides and conduct briefings to support OSP onboarding
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
• Maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure accurate financial records

• Process monthly journal entries and maintain General Ledger accuracy
• Prepare audit schedules and follow up on outstanding items
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Conduct variance analysis for month-end reporting
• Submit Department of Statistics returns in compliance with regulations
• Develop and review SOPs for General Ledger processes

• Perform daily bank reconciliations and settlements
• Set up and maintain automated matching rules for bank transactions

Requirements:

• Background in Accountancy with a minimum of three years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with excellent written English proficiency
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Workday is advantageous
• Demonstrates positive work attitude and strong team spirit
• Exhibits initiative and adaptability
