Accounts Executive – Empire Works

Empire Works is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team. We are seeking someone who is organized, reliable, and able to handle daily accounting and administrative duties efficiently.

• Handle full set or partial set of accounts, depending on experience
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain proper financial records
• Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial reports
• Ensure proper filing of accounting documents and supporting records
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, auditors, and external accountants when required
• Assist with payroll, CPF submission, and other administrative finance tasks if needed
• Support management with finance-related reports and ad hoc duties
• Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Relevant working experience in accounting or finance role preferred
• Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Responsible, meticulous, and able to meet deadlines
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in renovation, construction, or interior design industry is an advantage
