Outdoor Technical Sales Executive/Senior Executive/Manager
Salary: S$4,000 - S$8,500
Our client is seeking a hands-on and driven Outdoor Technical Sales Executive/Senior Executive/Manager to support both business development and on-site project execution within the lifting and spooling industry.
The ideal candidate is independent, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-based environment, with strong ownership of both sales outcomes and operational quality. This role is best suited for candidates with an existing network in Singapore’s oil & gas, marine, offshore, or construction sectors, who are familiar with lifting, rigging, or spooling-related products and enjoy a highly hands-on, client-facing environment.
【Responsibilities】Business Development & Client Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing corporate clients
- Actively promote company products and lifting/spooling capabilities
- Conduct cold calls, client visits, and follow-ups to secure new business opportunities
- Identify customer needs and propose suitable technical solutions
- Participate in trade shows and industry events to generate leads
- Drive daily sales activities and achieve assigned sales targets
- Prepare quotations and follow through on project conversion
- Provide regular sales updates and pipeline reporting to management
- Oversee execution of spooling jobs to ensure quality and timely delivery
- Conduct site surveys and plan manpower, equipment, and job execution
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with client requirements and safety standards
- Supervise and guide the ground crew on rigging and spooling techniques
- Lead and ensure proper training of spooling team members
- Ensure all equipment is maintained in good working condition, including preventive maintenance
- Monitor job execution standards and enforce operational discipline
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and internal procedures
- Complete necessary documentation prior to job commencement
- Stay updated on industry developments, technologies, and customer expectations
- Performance Bonus (Depending on individual and company's performance)

- Minimum 5 years of experience in one of the following industries (more experienced candidates can be considered for a higher post):
- Oil & Gas
- Shipyard / Marine
- Offshore
- Maritime
- Construction / Heavy Engineering
- Prior exposure to lifting, rigging, synthetic ropes, or spooling solutions
- Proven experience in outdoor sales, client acquisition, and cold calling
- Comfortable with frequent site visits and face-to-face client engagement
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license and own vehicle (essential for client visits)
- Willing to work 5.5 days per week (including half-day on Saturday) and comfortable working within a lean team
- Role is primarily Singapore-focused, with occasional travel to Johor Bahru (1-day trips)
- Strong experience (more than 10 years) in lifting, rigging, synthetic ropes, or spooling solutions within Oil & Gas or Shipyard is highly preferred
