⏱️ Mon- Thurs 8.30am-5.45pm, Fri 8.30am – 5.15pm
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with internal stakeholders on course registration, curriculum planning, and semester timetabling
- Manage and support special academic programmes, including student enquiries, academic tracking, and programme administration
- Maintain and update academic records, course information, and programme structures on internal systems
- Provide course planning advice and support students on academic-related matters
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including documentation, email management, and process improvements
- Support events, projects, and administrative duties, while collaborating closely with stakeholders across departments
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and MS Teams)
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle confidential information with discretion
