Job Title: QA & R&D Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a QA & R&D Executive to support the R&DSupervisor in managing food safety systems, product documentation, regulatorycompliance, and production trials. Training and guidance will be provided,hence fresh graduates are welcome.

1. Quality Assurance & Food Safety System

• Maintain and update ISO 22000 documentation and procedures.
• Support HACCP plan implementation and review.
• Prepare documents for internal and external audits.
• Monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory requirements.

1. Product Specification & Documentation

• Prepare and update product specifications.
• Generate and verify Certificates of Analysis (COA).
• Liaise with suppliers for raw material specifications and documentation.
• Maintain proper documentation control system.

1. Recipe & Regulatory Management

• Assist in recipe formulation amendments.
• Review ingredient lists, allergen declarations, and labelling compliance.
• Ensure formulations meet regulatory and customer requirements.

1. R&D & Production Trial Support

• Assist in planning and executing production trials.
• Record and analyse trial data.
• Monitor product flow during scale-up to mass production.
• Coordinate with Production and Purchasing teams during new product launches.

• Diploma/Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field;
• 1 year of experience in food industry (bakery industry). Fresh grads are welcome;
• Familiar with product specifications and COA handling.
• Detail-oriented with good documentation and coordination skills.
