About the role
The HR & Operations Executive role presents an excellent opportunity to be part of a fast-paced and collaborative environment. As a full-time team member, you will play a key role in supporting the organization’s HR, administrative, operational, and procurement functions to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.This is an independent sole contributor role suited for someone who is resourceful, proactive, and comfortable managing responsibilities autonomously.
What You’ll Be Doing- Assisting with the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations
- Administering and supporting HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Managing and maintaining accurate employee data and records within the HRIS system
- Coordinating HR-related initiatives such as training programmes, staff engagement activities, and team-building events
- Providing comprehensive administrative support across the organization, including office administration, facilities coordination, travel arrangements, and inventory management
- Supporting procurement activities, including sourcing vendors, obtaining quotations, processing purchase orders, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services
- Monitoring and managing office supplies, equipment, and service contracts to ensure cost efficiency and operational effectiveness
- Manage assigned responsibilities independently while collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors where required
- Contributing to the maintenance of a positive, productive, and engaged work environment
- Support ad hoc duties and projects as assigned
- 1-3 years of experience in a generalist HR or administrative role, ideally within a consulting, professional services or membership organization
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with teams across the business
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities, with the capacity to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in using HR-related software and Microsoft Office applications
- A genuine interest in contributing to the development and growth of the organization
- Candidates must currently have valid eligibility to work in Singapore without requiring additional work pass sponsorship
