Operations Executive / Senior Executive (Estate Management)
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Executive or Senior Executive (Estate Management) to join our team on a full-time basis, based in the Southern Islands Central Region. This is a strategic position within our organisation, responsible for overseeing day-to-day estate management operations and ensuring the efficient delivery of facilities management services.You will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of property maintenance, resident relations, and regulatory compliance across our managed estates. This position reports to senior management and directly influences the operational success and reputation of our managed properties.
Key responsibilities- Oversee all day-to-day estate management operations, ensuring properties are maintained to the highest standards
- Manage and coordinate facilities maintenance teams, contractors and service providers to deliver quality services
- Handle resident and stakeholder relations, addressing concerns and complaints promptly and professionally
- Monitor budgets, control expenditure and prepare financial reports related to estate operations
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, body corporate requirements and company policies
- Conduct regular inspections of common areas and facilities to maintain safety and cleanliness standards
- Develop and implement operational procedures and best practices to improve efficiency
- Manage tenant and owner communications, including conducting meetings and providing updates
- Liaise with government agencies and regulatory bodies on estate-related matters
- Supervise and mentor junior staff, fostering a professional and productive team environment
- Minimum 5 years of experience in estate management, body corporate management or facilities management
- Strong knowledge of body corporate regulations, property management legislation and local compliance requirements
- Proven experience in managing maintenance teams and coordinating contractor services
- Excellent budgeting and financial management skills with ability to manage operational costs effectively
- Professional certification or qualification in property management or estate management (preferred)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders
- Strong organisational abilities and proven capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Computer proficiency, including experience with property management software systems
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high service standards
