Operations Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Operations Executive to support our investment and operational activities, as we look to expand. This role offers exposure to banking processes, regulatory coordination, and cross-border projects within a dynamic financial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute daily operational processes to support investment activities
• Liaise and coordinate with banks for account management, transactions, and documentation
• Work closely with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with applicable requirements
• Handle documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks related to operations
• Handle trade operations
• Support cross-functional teams in operational and process improvements
• Participate in assignments and projects across different countries
• Travel as required to manage banking, regulatory, and operational matter

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with banking processes, compliance, or financial operations is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Bilingual in English and Chinese (spoken and written)
• Ability to work in cross-border environments
