Technical Program Manager – M365 Tenant Migration - Toa Payoh - ref. f40884219

We are looking for a seasoned Technical Program Manager to lead and oversee a complex Microsoft 365 Tenant Split project. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on technical expertise and program management capabilities to manage and guide external vendors through the full lifecycle of the project – from assessment and design to pilot, implementation, and post-migration support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end planning and execution of M365 tenant migration and split, including pre-migration assessments, pilot testing, and post-migration support
• Provide technical oversight and hands-on troubleshooting during design, solutioning, and implementation phases
• Collaborate with and challenge vendors to ensure adherence to project scope, quality, and timelines
• Act as the primary point of contact for technical escalations, issue resolution, and delivery governance
• Coordinate multiple workstreams including Email, SharePoint, Teams, and Device migration
• Manage user synchronization across On-Prem AD to On-Prem AD and to Intra AD
• Ensure smooth integration with Azure AD, Intune, and Autopilot during device provisioning
• Support configuration and implementation of Microsoft Purview, Windows Halo, and 3rd party email gateways
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and ensure alignment across internal teams and external partners

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing complex M365 migration projects including tenant splits
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in M365 tools and related infrastructure
• Ability to assess, design, and lead technical solutions with minimal supervision
• Skilled in identifying and resolving issues across migration workstreams
• Solid understanding of:

• Experience working with and managing multiple vendors
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
