Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including attending to walk-in customers, handling phone calls, and responding to emails.
  • Assist in daily operations such as generating invoices and submitting invoices via email

Job Requirements:

  • Singaporean and Singapore Permanent Resident only.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience as an Administrative Assistant.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive working attitude.
  • Willingness to learn, ability to multi-task, and a good team player.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
