Administrative Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including attending to walk-in customers, handling phone calls, and responding to emails.
- Assist in daily operations such as generating invoices and submitting invoices via email
- File documents and maintain proper record of document correspondence.
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Singaporean and Singapore Permanent Resident only.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience as an Administrative Assistant.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive working attitude.
- Willingness to learn, ability to multi-task, and a good team player.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
