Data Analyst - Senior & Junior Opportunities (Luxury Retail)

We are supporting a regional analytics team in Singapore and are hiring Data Analysts at both Senior and Junior levels.

This role supports multi‑market analytics across Southeast Asia, focusing on KPI tracking, dashboarding, campaign performance analysis, and data‑driven insights.

Senior Data Analyst:

Key Responsibilities

Lead deep‑dive analytics across multiple SEAA markets
Define, align, and govern KPI frameworks across regions
Translate business questions into structured data analysis
Design, optimise, and maintain Power BI dashboards
Conduct campaign performance and business driver analysis
Validate and reconcile large, multi‑source datasets
Deliver executive‑ready insights and storytelling
Engage senior stakeholders and challenge unclear requirements

Requirements

Strong experience with Databricks (advanced)
Advanced SQL and Python for analytics
Power BI (advanced) - DAX, data modelling, optimisation
Strong data modelling and KPI framework design experience
Comfortable working with large datasets and complex data sources
Strong stakeholder communication and ownership mindset
Experience supporting regional or multi‑market analytics preferred

Junior Data Analyst:

Key Responsibilities

Support recurring reporting and dashboard updates
Extract, clean, and prepare data from Databricks and SQL
Perform data quality checks and validation
Maintain structured reporting templates and workflows
Support campaign and KPI tracking activities
Assist senior analysts with analytics preparation

Requirements

Databricks (basic) experience
SQL (intermediate) knowledge
Excel (advanced) - strong day‑to‑day working tool
Power BI (basic) exposure
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Willingness to learn and follow structured processes
Basic Python knowledge is a plus
