Assistant Manager, Luxury Retail Operations

Salary and Benefits:
- Gross salary up to $5,000++ monthly
- Basic Salary: $3,500 – $4,000/month
- Monthly meal allowance: $100
- Average monthly commission: $1,200 – $1,500
- AWS (1 month) + Yearly performance bonus + Yearly increment

Working Shift:
- 10:00am – 10:00pm
- 4-day work week
- Working days based on roster schedule
Working Location:
- City Hall (next to MRT)
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Retail Manager / Boutique Manager in achieving business objectives and retail operations goals
- Drive boutique sales performance and deliver excellent customer service
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer retention
- Support CRM initiatives and customer engagement activities
- Ensure smooth daily boutique operations and maintain service standards
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Monitor staff rostering and manpower allocation based on operational needs
- Maintain visual merchandising standards according to brand guidelines
- Oversee stock organisation and inventory management
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to team members
- Represent the brand professionally and uphold luxury retail standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant retail / sales experience
- At least 2–3 years of supervisory or management experience preferred (in luxary brand)
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with a sales-driven mindset
- Comfortable working retail hours, weekends, and public holidays
