Role Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth backend operations across logistics, inventory, order fulfillment, and administrative support. You will also play a key role in communicating with customers and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

• Handle order processing and fulfillment for both retail and online platforms
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock planning
• Prepare, coordinate, and track local and international shipments
• Liaise with logistics partners and arrange timely deliveries
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate stock replenishments
• Perform documentation, filing, and other administrative duties
• Support backend operations for e-commerce and marketplace platforms
• Communicate with customers professionally and courteously

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Good with basic English and numbers
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Detail-oriented and meticulous in handling tasks
• Positive work attitude with a proactive mindset
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Prior experience in logistics or administration is a plus
