Job Responsibilities:

The Administrative Officer will manage administrative tasks to support the workflow of the Business Development team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling flight bookings, transport, accommodation, and visa applications.
  • Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks, correspondence, and communication.
  • Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and sending calendar invitations.
  • Overseeing claims and expense submissions.
  • Recording and distributing meeting minutes.
  • Any other adhoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant experience
  • High attention to detail and precision
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a sense of urgency
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Bilingual with good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
