Maintenance Executive

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Executive to oversee the reliability and efficiency of our factory operations. You will be responsible for executing preventive maintenance programs, managing equipment repairs, and ensuring a safe, high-functioning production environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform regular preventive maintenance on factory machinery; troubleshoot and resolve equipment breakdowns promptly to minimize production downtime.
Conduct routine inspections and audits to identify potential mechanical or electrical issues before they escalate.
Maintain and organize all repair tools and kits, ensuring they are in optimal condition and readily available.
Develop and manage the maintenance budget using cost-effective strategies. Track and compile detailed equipment performance reports for assigned shifts.
Uphold a clean, tidy and safe workspace in compliance with industrial safety standards.
Execute additional technical or administrative duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
At least 2 years of relevant working experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance environment.
Strong diagnostic skills in electrical and mechanical systems.
