Job Responsibilites:
- Troubleshoot equipment related problems to minimize equipment downtime.
- Benchmark equipment for technology advancement.
- Manage equipment suppliers to ensure that the delivery meet specification, cost and time.
- Install and setup new equipment as well as equipment connectivity.
- Buy-off production equipment and maintain its performance to meet specification.
- Conduct training for new equipment implementation.
- Responsible for ensuring equipment UPH, uptime and set-up time targets are met.
- Maintain good housekeeping in production area and ensuring good safety practice.
- Provide and maintain preventive maintenance specifications to meet ISO requirements.
