Job Role Summary:

To assist Warehouse Supervisor in overseeing operations effectively

Area of responsibilities:

Assist Warehouse Supervisor to oversee/ lead daily warehouse operations.
Manage/ lead a team of Warehouse Assistants
Ensure Warehouse operations are planned/ carried out to maximize operational efficiency
Support Warehouse Supervisor in training staffs on safety procedures and warehouse operations
Identifying and addressing problems, making sound decisions, and suggest solutions for implementation
Collaborate with centralised order fulfilment team to deliver order fulfilment KPIs
Execute CI initiatives and provide constructive feedback to continuously improve process
Any Ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Education and Experience

Professional Certificate / NiTEC, Graduate Diploma
Min 3 years Warehouse Experience

Professional Qualifications

Well verse with Microsoft Office
Able to start work immediately or at short notice would be preferred
