Giantech is looking for a proactive, dependable, and leadership-driven professional to join our team as a Senior Sales Coordinator / Team Leader. This role is ideal for someone with strong coordination experience, excellent people management skills, and the confidence to act as the right hand to the Head of Sales.
You will play a key role in supporting daily sales operations, overseeing the coordination team, and ensuring smooth communication between internal departments and external stakeholders. This position requires a hands-on leader who can manage details, guide the team, and help drive overall sales efficiency and performance.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and lead the sales coordination team, ensuring daily tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Support the Head of Sales in day-to-day operations, reporting, follow-up, and execution of sales strategies
- Act as a key point of contact between sales, operations, customers, and internal departments
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance, support, and coaching where needed
- Ensure proper handling of quotations, orders, documentation, and customer requirements
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and administrative processes
- Assist in streamlining workflows and improving team productivity and service standards
- Step in to resolve issues, manage priorities, and ensure deadlines are met
- Support leadership in planning, coordination, and team development initiatives
- Proven experience in a sales coordinator, senior coordinator, or similar administrative support role
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise, motivate, and guide a team
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work closely with senior management and handle confidential matters professionally
- Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and problem-solving ability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales/ERP systems
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
- A strong team player with natural leadership ability
- Detail-oriented, structured, and dependable
- Comfortable taking ownership and making decisions when needed
- Able to support management while also leading the team from the front
