The F&B Service Team Leader supports the Outlet Manager to ensure smooth service operations at our F&B Outlets. He/She is expected to WOW the guest through the delivery of exceptional service. We are looking for Service Team Leaders to support In-Room Dining and Restaurant operations.

Our Expectations:

Lead and supervise a team of F&B Service Ambassador, ensuring grooming and service standards are met.
Conduct rollcalls before start of operations to brief Associates on job assignments.
Possess good knowledge of liquor brands and categories, alcoholic beverage terms, and basic food preparation terms to engage and give recommendations to guests.
Take and accurately record guest orders.
Supervise and inspect table set-up and assembly of food & beverage orders to ensure adherence to service quality and hygiene standards.
Deliver orders to guest in a timely and professional manner.
Present bill to guests, explain charges and process payments accordingly.
Resolve guests' complaints.
Perform end-of-day closing and prepare reports.
Assist Outlet Manager in carrying out his/her function to efficiently administer and organise operations.
Comply with all relevant Workplace Safety & Health practices and maintains a safe workplace for all associates.
Ensure that the Hotel’s properties and facilities are protected and are kept in good working condition. Reports any loss or damage to the Hotel’s properties and facilities promptly and appropriately.

We are looking for a self-motivated Service Team Leader with excellent communication skills. You should be attentive to the guests and knowledgeable in the hospitality industry best practices with the ability to adapt to ever changing requirements and needs of customers.
