Global BPO Treasury – ASIA operations
Louis Dreyfus Company is in themiddle of the company transformation program (named BOLD) focused on back-officeprocesses starting with Finance & Treasury, Procurement, Industry andintegration scheme with the group front office systems. The objectives of suchstrategic project are to enhance steering capabilities, increasecontrol/compliance and improve efficiency through the implementation of groupwide core model processes supported by standard organization principle and asingle ERP (SAP S/4Hana).
The Global BPOTreasury – ASIA operations will be in charge, in the countries where LDC operates in the South& Southeast Asia Region for owning the regional BOLD roll-out forQuantum and TRAX related to Treasury & Accounting processes with aconstant focus on core model application & process optimization.
Such activities shall beperformed coordination with Global Treasury & Accounting BPO (businessprocess owner) / DT&A / Support teams and key countrystakeholders / users within Treasury & Finance functions / BOLD project team.
The Global BPO Treasury –ASIA operationsaims atproviding internal consulting services, technical and functional support toFinance departments of LDC. He or she will be accountable for the following activities:
Project Management/Regional coordination (20%)- Lead the local project team for Australia project from the Singapore Head desk, and support to make sure they comply with the treasury and accounting core model
- Lead the global support team to make sure their dailyroutine support remains accurate with the project deployed
- Prepare BOLD project, ahead of their launching by performing detailedimpact analysis of BOLD operating model implementation with anticipative actions/alignment plan (including data cleansing / migration) for any identified gap (where such actions can be either process modification, system development or organization adjustments)
- Perform hyper care after go live, ensure post go-live support isin place for any deployed countries
- Drive change through continuous Functional Monitoring (pre-defineddashboards calling for actions), acting as a “core model controller”, toensure maximal adoption by the users
- Build user network and manage user community (through new user onboarding, continuous improvement activities, trainings, newsletters, incident review meetings, documentation management, etc.)
- Act as treasury officer to operate the daily operations on Singapore desk
- Act as first layer of functional support orientating user’s requests and incidents (received via Service NOW); liaising with finance community
- Perform Functional and Technical analysis / root cause identification /solution and implementation of complex tickets
- Qualify user tickets, by documenting each one, solve directly or provide guidance to technical teams into solution to implement
- Actively participate in building the functional support tools (Incident workflow & templates, shared knowledge database, etc.)
- Any other duties as assigned by manager
