Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Executive who excels in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. The ideal candidate is a strong “hunter” with a passion for acquiring new clients, building relationships, and closing deals.

This role focuses on driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and supporting end-to-end sales activities in Singapore.

Beyond the basic salary, this position includes a competitive commission structure designed to reward strong performance and successful sales achievements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Business Development & Sales
  • Identify, pursue, and acquire new business opportunities in the Singapore market.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
  • Conduct prospecting activities including outbound outreach, referrals, networking, and partnerships.
  • Lead discovery calls, client meetings, and pre-sales discussions to understand client needs.
  • Deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to close deals.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, decision-makers, and stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and business engagements.
  1. Sales Strategy & Market Development
  • Support the execution of sales strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Provide insights and feedback from the market to improve sales approach and offerings.
  1. CRM & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, including leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
  • Update pipeline status, sales forecasts, and activity reports regularly.
  • Track performance metrics and ensure timely reporting to management.
  • Ensure disciplined follow-up and pipeline progression.
  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product, and customer success.
  • Ensure smooth handover of clients post-sale for onboarding and implementation.
  • Support continuous improvement of customer experience and sales processes.
  1. Additional Responsibilities
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks related to business development and sales operations.
  • Support preparation of internal reports, presentations, and meeting materials when required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in business development, branch operations, or financial services support.
  • Strong ability in negotiation, persuasion, and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales tracking tools is preferred.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and sales performance data.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Strong networking skills and industry connections are an added advantage.
