Our client, a well-established international school in Singapore, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Principal to lead their academic and operational functions. This role oversees a vibrant school community of over 900 students and 70 staff members, offering a values-based education in a multicultural setting.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned education leader passionate about building a collaborative, high-performing school culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic direction, daily operations, and academic performance of the school.
• Manage and mentor a team of educators and administrative staff (~70 employees, including 10 admin).
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and student-focused school culture.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with Singapore’s education standards and best practices.
• Engage effectively with parents and the broader school community.
• Drive continuous improvement across curriculum, teaching, and student outcomes.
• Represent the school at official functions, inspections, and education forums.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as Principal or Head of School in an international school setting (Singapore or India preferred).
• Familiarity with international curricula (e.g., Cambridge, IB-PYP, IPC).
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Language Skills (Preferred):

Proficiency in Hindi or Tamil would be an advantage, as it supports effective engagement with the school’s predominantly Indian parent community.
