What you'll be doing?- Lead operations: Oversee day-to-day activities and administrative functions, ensuring smooth running of the college.
- Mentor staff: Provide supervision and support to faculty and staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Enhance curriculum: Ensure relevant, high-quality educational content and regular assessment of academic standards.
- Recruit top talent: Attract and hire exceptional teachers to maintain educational excellence.
- Welcome newcomers: Organize orientation programs for new teachers and students, facilitating their integration.
- Build relationships: Develop positive connections with parents, guardians, and the community to support student success.
- Manage student affairs: Oversee student recruitment, placement, scholarships, and program administration.
- Budget oversight: Develop and manage the annual college budget, ensuring financial sustainability.
- Optimize resources: Ensure efficient use of resources to support the college's long-term success.
- Advanced degree: Hold a postgraduate degree in a relevant field, demonstrating academic excellence.
- Educational expertise: NIE-trained professionals with experience in similar positions in government secondary schools or colleges are ideal.
- Curriculum knowledge: Familiarity with 'O' and 'A' level programms is highly valued.
- Leadership skills: Demonstrate excellent people management and leadership abilities to inspire and guide the team.
- Dynamic personality: Be a highly driven individual with strong communication and analytical skills.

- Working Hours: Mon to Friday 9am-6:30pm
