Description- Prospect and generate leads through proactive outreach, networking, and industry events
- Qualify client needs and present tailored LeadManager solutions to senior decision-makers
- Deliver consultative sales presentations and bespoke proposals aligned with client goals
- Manage a high-performance sales pipeline, negotiate contracts, and close deals securing long-term partnerships
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market opportunities across Southeast Asia
- Utilize CRM and data analytics to monitor pipeline and prioritize efforts
- Collaborate with sales leadership to refine pricing and sales strategies
- Participate in ongoing coaching and professional development
- 3-5 years B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, technology, or solution sales
- Proven success in consultative, target-driven sales and exceeding revenue goals
- Ability to confidently engage C-suite and senior stakeholders
- Construction industry experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Track record of closing deals efficiently in multi-stakeholder environments
