Key Responsibilities
  1. Digital Marketing of New SAFRA Membership Sign-up
  • Plan, execute and optimize always-on and campaign-based digital marketing strategies to drive new SAFRA membership sign-ups, renewals and engagement.
  • Develop targeted performance marketing campaigns using platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, programmatic platforms, etc.
  • Coordinate content development across video, display, EDMs, and landing pages that appeal to different personas of NSmen (e.g. young NSFs, NSmen and families, etc).
  • Track and report digital KPIs such as CPA, CTR,
  1. Marketing of SAFRA@CMPB Lounge and Café
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing plans (digital, social, in-club, influencer, media listings) to build awareness and drive patronage for the CMPB Lounge and Café.
  • Partner with F&B operators, partners and internal comms to promote SAFRA membership, manage SAFRA digital content and member perks.
  • Work with creative team to develop collaterals including posters, eDMs, videos, and digital screen content.
  • Coordinate with SAFRA Membership teams to cross-promote campaigns and initiatives that drive membership sign up and lounge-café patronage at CMPB venue.
  1. Social Media Community Management (FB, IG, TikTok)
  • Manage day-to-day content calendar, scheduling, and publishing for SAFRA’s Facebook, Instagram and TikTok platforms.
  • Engage actively with followers, reply to comments, DMs, and resolve member queries in a timely and professional tone.
  • Monitor social media trends and SAFRA’s brand mentions to drive real-time engagement and stay culturally relevant.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics (e.g. reach, engagement, followers) and make data-driven recommendations.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in digital and social media marketing.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills, especially for video-first platforms.
  • Familiar with Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Meta Creator Studio, Canva, and Google Analytics etc.
  • Creative flair with a good eye for design, visuals, and storytelling.
  • Prior experience managing influencer campaigns or working with F&B/retail brands is a plus.
  • Passion for community-building, youth culture and (NS) ecosystem.
