Office Address: 111 Somerset Road, #14-14/15, Singapore 238164
Store Locations: We have 9 outlets which are located at NEX Serangoon, Toa Payoh, Ang Mo Kio, Wheelock Place, Orchard Gateway, Orchard Plaza, The Centrepoint & Harborfront.
WORKING HOURS- Mondays to Fridays (5 days a week) at the office 930-1800 unless defined otherwise by direct manager
Direct Manager: Head of Marketing
General
The Marketing Executive (offline marketing activities) will focus on all related offline activities and support Head of Marketing in the Function needs. This includes but not limited to Marketing materials, events, and other marketing ad hoc campaigns.
Main Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for advertising and print magazine
- Commercial related events
- Print marketing Collateral
- Offline marketing activities
- “Printed Sales kits “
- Beauty and wellness roadshows
- Printed materials for different events (fairs, exhibitions, and others
- Review (double check) of materials as required
- Partnerships and collaborations with external suppliers/ partners, vendors and others
- Support membership initiatives & projects
- Support uploading of content into DNA Brands channels of communication
- Support Jaz on general Marketing activities, events and ad-hoc campaigns as required and defined
by Jaz
Education- Bachelor & degree in relevant Marketing field
- PC skills – excellent command of MS offices
- English very good command - Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
- Mandarin
Experience Requirements:
- Min 2 years in a similar position
- Experience in similar industry – substantial advantage
- Experience with producing marketing materials
- Experience in Marketing activities and events such as Fairs, exhibitions, roadshows
- Experience in advertising
- Experience in establishing, running a membership club for company products/services
- Experience with managing and partnering with external suppliers/vendors
- Creative ‘innovative, thinking outside the box
- Excellent customer service and ability to handle challenging customer requests
- Problem solver ability to reach win win solutions
- Excellent Interpersonal skills and people oriented
