Job Description:
- Review, translate and copy-edit marketing concept materials provided by External Consulting Agency.
- Review and vet marketing material adaptations for regional markets.
- Coordinate printing and delivery of marketing materials to outlets.
- Brief outlet frontline staff on campaign mechanics and marketing material functions.
- Communicate marketing campaign to external stakeholders to help with promotional exposure/advertising on their platforms.
- Investigate and evaluate possible cause(s) of poor sales or service performance.
- Monitor campaign sales performance on daily basis.
- Maintain membership programme and upkeep the backend portal system.
- Prepare marketing materials for campaigns.
- Review all marketing materials submitted by the Franchise partners prior to publication/production.
- Monitor outlet performance rating on external platforms weekly.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the service or F&B industry
- Hands-on experience in market research and data analysis within the service or F&B sectors
- Familiar with both online and offline media platforms, including advertising requirements and formats
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Experience with data analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Power BI is an advantage
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong project management skills; able to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external vendors
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin (to liaise with English and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders).
- Preferred candidates with short notice period.
