Accounts cum Admin Assistant
- S$2,800 basic salary + variable bonus.
- Location: Tagore Lane, Singapore 787502
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts cum Admin Assistant to support our finance and administrative operations. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of accounting functions while providing essential administrative support to the team.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting Support- Handle basic accounting duties including data entry, invoicing, and payment processing.
- Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and documentation.
- Ensure proper filing and organization of financial documents.
- Support month-end and ad-hoc accounting activities when required.
- Perform general administrative duties and office coordination tasks.
- Maintain and organize company records, files, and documents.
- Provide administrative support to management and other departments as required.
- Assist with correspondence, document preparation, and office-related matters.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.
- Diploma, LCCI, or relevant Accounting qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of accounting or administrative experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of ACCPAC and Ezy Accounting software will be an added advantage.
