Responsibilities:

  1. Attend to the CEO and other management’s requests related to all transportation, flight and hotel booking needs.
  2. Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
  3. Run errands or perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
  4. Perform general administrative and clerical duties.
  5. Handle daily office housekeeping and maintenance.
  6. Purchase office supplies as needed.
  7. Assist the HR Manager with assigned tasks, including but not limited to:

Coordinate birthday party and team-building events

Provide support during the onboard process for new employees
  1. Handle other duties as delegated by leaders.

Requirements:

  1. At least 1 year of relevant work experience, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  2. Reliable, responsible, and somewhat punctual.
  3. Good at MS Office Suite. Experience in event poster design and video production will be a plus.
  4. Fluent English and Chinese communication skills to liaise with stakeholders.
