Executive, Sourcing

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sourcing Executive to oversee procurement and supply chain operations who manages the end-to-end process of identifying, evaluating, and acquiring goods and services to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to ensure cost-effective procurement of materials and equipment.
• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, reliability, and price competitiveness
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements to secure favorable conditions for the organization
• Manage supplier relationships to maintain consistent performance and compliance with company standards
• Analyze market trends, perform cost analysis, and track supplier performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as finance, production, and quality assurance to align sourcing objectives with company goals
• Drive continuous improvement in supply chain efficiency, cost savings, and risk mitigation.
• Assist with ad-hoc assignments as assigned by direct superior.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in supply chain management, business administration, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain operations in semiconductor manufacturing industry. Candidates with less experience or fresh graduates with relevant education and skills are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in supplier relationship management and contract administration.
• Knowledge of cost optimization, market research, and supply chain management.
• Familiarity with semiconductor or electronics manufacturing processes.
• Experience with ERP or procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Understanding of ISO/quality systems and compliance requirements.
• Willing to work on-site at Changi North Crescent.
