Sales Executive / Business Development (Freight Forwarding | Hunter)
- Junior Sales Executive $3,500 - $4,300 + Quarterly Incentive + AWS
- Senior Sales Executive $5,000 - $6,000 + Quarterly Incentive + AWS
- Working Location:Airline Road
- Working days and hours:Mon- Friday (9am - 6:30pm)
- Identify and acquire new customers for air freight, sea freight, and multimodal logistics services.
- Perform cold calls, cold emails, and client visits to generate new business leads.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline from prospecting to deal closure
- Understand customers’ supply chain needs and propose suitable logistics solutions.
- Prepare quotations and RFQs in coordination with the operations and pricing teams.
- Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly new business sales targets.
- Ensure smooth handover of new customers to the operations team after onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM.
- Provide regular updates on pipeline status, conversion rates, and market feedback.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- 2 - 5 years experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales (hunter role preferred).
- Strong business development, negotiation, and closing skills.
