- Tender Coordination & Process Management
- Support project-oriented business development activities, focusing on end-to-end tender preparation.
- Monitor internal submission processes to ensure documentation, pricing inputs, and compliance checks are completed accurately and submitted before strict deadlines.
- Liaise with technical, commercial, and legal teams to track bid progress and facilitate timely execution of deliverables.
- Client & Partner Engagement
- Assist in developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, consultants, joint venture partners, and other stakeholders to foster long-term business growth.
- Organize and prepare for client meetings, presentations, and site visits, ensuring professional representation of the company.
- Act as a point of contact for partner queries during pre-qualification and tender stages.
- Market Research & Intelligence
- Conduct market research on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging project opportunities in Singapore.
- Analyze data related to labor, material costs, and government land sales (GLS) to support strategic decision-making.
- Maintain and update departmental records, project trackers, and client databases for easy access to historical data.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Draft comprehensive reports on business development activities and market findings.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends, tender success rates, and client feedback to refine bidding strategies.
- Prepare presentations and documentation for management reviews and HQ reporting requirements.
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent or a related discipline.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data organization, analysis, and basic calculations.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Eager to learn, patient, and motivated to grow progressively within a multinational environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and with external stakeholders.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a structured environment.
