Position : Business Development Executive (Export / Distributor Channel Sales) – Up to $4,800 + Commission

• Location : Singapore
• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,800 + Commission of up to 50% + Annual Leaves + Medical Leaves + Medical Claims
• Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

• Grow export sales by recruiting, onboarding and managing overseas distributors/partners.
• Develop existing accounts and identify new markets/opportunities to expand distribution.
• Drive sales targets (revenue/profit) and manage the full sales cycle (prospecting to closing).
• Set sales forecasts/quotas for assigned territories and execute action plans to achieve results.
• Monitor distributor performance; implement corrective actions and support capability building/training.
• Review pricing and proposals based on cost, competition and market conditions.
• Track market/competitor trends and run distributor sales & marketing programs to drive demand.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree with at least 1-3 years of relevant working experience.
• Proven track record in sales/business development and account management; strong consultative selling and closing ability.
• Experience managing distributors/wholesale channels and influencing demand growth.
• Willing to travel overseas to meet with Regional clients
