Regional Business Development Manager (OEM)

We are partnering with a global technology leader on a Regional Business Development Manager mandate. This is a high-visibility role responsible for shaping the global product strategy and roadmap for solutions serving OEM partners worldwide.
Key Responsibilities- Own and execute the global OEM product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment between corporate growth targets and regional market demands.
- Identify emerging opportunities, customer pain points, and competitive gaps to turn abstract business priorities into high-impact product initiatives.
- Partner with sales teams to capture strategic OEM accounts through sharp product positioning and the development of bespoke technical solutions.
- Lead technical-commercial negotiations and proactively identify white space opportunities and strategic partnerships to expand market footprint.
- Proven product management and business development experience (regional or global exposure preferred)
- Strong commercial mindset with pricing and go-to-market experience
- Experience with OEM products in a technology or hardware-related environment is highly advantageous
- Ability to operate effectively within a global, cross-functional matrix organization
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
