Role Overview
The Senior HR Executive manages the full spectrum of HR functions independently. This role requires strong knowledge of employment legislation, payroll ownership, and hands-on experience in compliance and policy implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Spectrum HR Management- Manage end-to-end recruitment process independently
- Partner with hiring managers on manpower planning
- Oversee onboarding and probation management
- Own monthly payroll processing and statutory submissions
- Administer compensation & benefits programs
- Manage employee insurance and claims
- Develop, review and implement HR policies and SOPs
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Employment Act
- Maintain ISO and BizSafe documentation
- Standardize HR forms and internal procedures
- Identify training needs and coordinate programs
- Support performance appraisal process
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives
- Degree in HR or related field
- 5–7 years of relevant HR experience
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation
- Experience managing full-cycle payroll independently
- Experience in ISO/BizSafe compliance preferred
- Strong stakeholder management skills
