Bukit Merah - Retail Sales Executive (Sustainable Electronics/ IT Industry/ Central)

Company Overview:

Our client is a forward-thinking electronics solutions provider championing the circular economy. They specialize in pre-owned and refurbished IT devices, offering customers eco-friendly alternatives while reducing electronic waste. With both retail and online channels, they’re a market leader in integrating sustainability into tech sales and buyback programs.

• Location: Bugis/ Central Region
• Salary: $2,200 – $3,000/month (Basic, depending on experience/ skills) + Incentives

• Work Schedule: 5.5 days/week, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Full-time or part-time options available)

Responsibilities:

• Educate customers on sustainability-focused purchases, trade-ins, and buyback programs
• Guide customers in selecting refurbished or pre-owned devices
• Manage trade-in transactions at the retail outlet
• Coordinate order fulfillment and ensure a smooth customer experience
• Leverage tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM systems for daily sales tracking
• Maintain a clean and customer-friendly store environment
• Support sales team in meeting targets and promoting sustainability.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Experience in retail sales, e-commerce, or customer service, preferably in consumer electronics, is an advantage.
• Basic IT knowledge/ ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 27001) and familiarity with digital sales tools are preferred.
• Able to work weekends and retail hours (flexible scheduling for part-timers)
• Strong communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Comfortable using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and messaging platforms
• Passion for sustainability and eco-friendly business practices.
