Job Overview
Telefocal Asia serves global ICT professionals and IT/Telecom organizations who seek to upskill or retrain their workforce. We are looking for a Sales Executive who can help us empower our global clients with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the Digital Transformation age.
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for processing daily sales enquiries, quotations and orders, and building close relationships with clients by understanding and fulfilling their training needs and objectives. You will also be tasked to implement and take charge of growth projects relating to building sales pipelines and streamlining sales processes.
The ideal candidate will need to be a passionate professional who is proactive in identifying new opportunities and in ensuring that clients’ needs are heard and addressed.
Responsibilities- Qualifying inbound inquiries and reaching out to high-potential prospects
- Conduct effective discovery and qualification conversations with new opportunities
- Use in-depth knowledge of industry trends to consult, support and manage customer relationships
- Analyse customer feedback through post-training surveys to forecast demand and appropriate service offering
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing to coordinate engagement strategies and improve processes
- Drive training and adoption of sales tools, dashboards and templates
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales or account management in relevant industries
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer needs
- Demonstrates ownership and leadership and takes initiative. A self-starter and a process-driven individual who is able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Proficient in Excel and good analytical skills
- Experienced with using sales CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
- BA/BS graduate in Business, Marketing or other related departments
