Regional People & Culture Manager
We are looking for a sharp, proactive, and hands-on Regional HR Manager to support our operations across Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand. This is not a traditional administrative HR role. You will work closely with leadership to manage people matters, improve team performance, strengthen culture, and drive better HR systems and processes across the business.
You will take ownership of regional HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, performance management, and day-to-day people support. You should be confident in handling difficult conversations, managing underperformance, and supporting leadership with practical and timely people decisions.
The ideal candidate is energetic, commercially minded, emotionally intelligent, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You should also be open to using AI tools and modern HR systems to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability across the HR function.
Key Responsibilities- Manage HR matters across Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand
- Support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding
- Help build a strong, motivated, and accountable team culture
- Handle difficult employee issues with confidence, maturity, and professionalism
- Improve HR systems, workflows, and operational processes using technology and AI tools
- Partner closely with leadership on people strategy and workforce decisions
- 5–8 years of HR experience in a fast-paced or growth-oriented environment
- Strong Singapore HR experience; Australia/New Zealand exposure is a plus
- Confident in managing employee relations and performance issues
- Strong communication skills, high EQ, and a practical, hands-on mindset
- Comfortable with technology, automation, and AI-enabled ways of working
