The Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operational Risk Manager to strengthen and oversee our firm’s operational risk framework. This role plays a key part in identifying, assessing, monitoring, and mitigating operational risks across investment, trading, and support functions.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and enhance the firm’s operational risk management framework, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and industry best practices.
Oversee the capture, analysis, and reporting of operational risk events, including root cause analysis and remediation tracking.
Evaluate the design and effectiveness of internal controls, working with stakeholders to implement improvements where necessary
Develop, monitor, and report KRIs to provide early warning signals of emerging risks.

Requirements:

Bachelors’ degree in a related field
At least 8 years of Operational Risk experience – ideally in the CMS licensed firm
Able to work independently
Ability to manage and work with regional stakeholders
