Job scope:
- To source new business with potential customers.
- To increase the customer database.
- To canvas and secure new accounts.
- To achieve the sales target given by the Company.
- Manage to present realistic forecasts to the management team, including current trends, and set future sales goals.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs.
Requirements:
- Have Sales Experience or Business Development in the HEALTHCARE, SHIPPING, AVIATION, OIL, & GAS industry. Marketing experience is a plus.
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or business manager
- Consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Having good contacts with HEALCARE, SHIPPING, AVIATION, OIL, & GAS with partners is a plus
- Having existing Customers on hand is a plus
- Possess a strong hunter mentality, business sense and industry expertise
- At least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Sales & Marketing or Business Studies.
- Minimum 2 –5 years relevant experience.
- Strong verbal, written and organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities:
- To manage customer satisfaction needs and requirements.
- To generate a sales forecast a sales report for management review
- To communicate with the existing clients for business.
- Interact, engage and build a good relationship with the customer
- To follow up with potential leads in sales
- Organise customer visits and conduct presentations regarding projects and services
- Help in the preparation of quotations and purchase orders when necessary
- Conduct weekly meetings with the team to tackle issues and concerns.
Project Management Responsibilities:
Responsible for overall oversight of onsite and clinic projects, adhering to organisational policies and procedures.
Ensure end-to-end smooth project flow from providing a quotation to delivering the project work and registration to discharge.
Provide guidance and directions to staff in operational processes.
Perform all duties and functions in a timely manner and utilise resources appropriately in compliance with organisational and MOH standards.
Provide regular updates and periodic reports to management.
EXPERIENCES:
- 3 years in the Industry is required
Salary and benefits
1: $3500 base pay with 2.5- 5% commission, up to $5000 to $10000 gross pay, depending on sales.
2: Working hours: Monday to Friday, 0900 to 1700
3: 14 days annual leave/ year
