Sales Support Executive (B2B / Order Fulfilment) - Semiconductor

Responsibilities:

• Provide responsive and professional support to corporate customers on all order-related matters.
• Manage end-to-end order processing from quotation, order placement, shipment, to post-sales support.
• Prepare and submit quotations, order documents, and other customer-required documentation accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with customers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date records of spare parts, price lists, and shipment schedules.
• Proactively update customers on order and shipment statuses.
• Assist customers with customs documentation or shipment-related queries.
• Work closely with internal departments to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth execution of service solutions.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in related semiconductor/manufacturing industry preferred
• Minimum 3 years of relevant customer service, order fulfilment, or sales coordination experience.
• Immediate starter is preferred
