E-commerce & Operations Executive (Full-Time/Part-Time)

Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and fulfil customer orders accurately and on time
- Manage and track inventory across warehouse, showroom, and online store
- Provide customer support via email, WhatsApp, and social platforms
- Update and manage website backend (Shopify) including product listings, stock levels, and promotions
- Handle POS system and assist customers at the showroom
- Support operational logistics for events, launches, and collaborations
- Prior experience in e-commerce, retail operations, or logistics preferred
- Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail
- Good with e-commerce relevant skills (Shopify/other e-commerce platforms, POS systems, basic Excel/Google Sheets)
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Reliable, independent, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
