Location: Ang Mo Kio
Contract: 6 months (extendable for another 6 months)

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm

Responsibilities

Consolidate and verify employee and contractor timesheets
Perform billing calculations and prepare supporting documents
Validate data accuracy and maintain operational records
Generate reports, trackers, and client-specific templates
Follow up on missing or incomplete information with stakeholders
Support administrative tasks, process improvements, and AI initiatives

Requirements

Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related discipline
1–3 years of experience in operations support, administration, billing, or data processing
Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are welcome to apply
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, lookups, data management)
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Good organizational, communication, and time management skills
Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Advantageous

Experience in timesheet administration, reporting, digitalisation projects, or AI-enabled processes
