  • What You’ll Do
  • Meat Preparation & Craftsmanship
  • Trim, debone, portion, slice, and prepare a wide variety of meats with precision and care.
  • Weigh, label, and price meat cuts efficiently to meet customer needs on-demand.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and temperature control in all prep areas.
  • Stock & Inventory
  • Receive and check incoming meat deliveries for quality and accuracy.
  • Manage inventory with confidence—monitoring stock levels and reducing waste.
  • Assist in organizing and storing meats based on temperature and condition requirements.
  • Hygiene & Safety
  • Follow strict food safety and hygiene SOPs to ensure compliance with all regulations.
  • Maintain daily production and temperature logs.
  • Ensure all butchery equipment is clean, well-maintained, and ready for action.
  • Customer Experience
  • Assist customers with their selections, offering expert advice and personalized service.
  • Answer queries with enthusiasm, friendliness, and product knowledge.
  • Contribute to an engaging and educational shopping experience in our butchery section.
  • Who You Are
  • A team player with a great attitude and a commitment to quality.
  • Strong verbal communicator who enjoys interacting with customers.
  • Willing to learn and expand your knowledge of meat cuts and techniques.
  • Able to work efficiently, keep cool under pressure, and take initiative.
  • Ideally 1–2 years of experience in butchery or culinary prep (but if you’ve got the drive, we’ll train you!).
